Time Management

I have worked more stressful jobs than this one.

We are just selling discs(and some hats).

I’ve had more demanding bosses.

Being my own boss is something else.

It’s a different type of pressure.

The last few years got to me for sure.

I had to change.

Get better.

I still am.

There were a few things today though that I wish I had more time for.

I could have done them better.

My bosses and peers at other jobs would have called out on those things.

In the early days of Mint one my mottos was “we work for you”.

That’s where I’ve been at again mentally for the first time in a while.

It helps me manage my expectations and opportunities to view it that way.

I can’t wait for what this year will bring.

No fear.
