That one letter can be the difference between success and failure for Mint.

Every week we are presented with new opportunities.

Some we come up with.

Some get dropped on our desk.

How we filter that noise matters.

How we approach each opportunity matters.

The hard part for me has been learning when that one letter matters.

The mindset matters.

What opportunity do I see in a new project? 

Do I even want to see it? Am I able to? Do I have time to see it?

Is it something I would seek out instead?

Would I see this through if it wasn’t our idea?

What am I seeking from this?

Am I just seeing what I dream to seek?

Do all parties see the same value they seek from others?

One letter matters in that approach.

One letter determines my involvement.
