Policy: Exact Photo Disc Listings

The exact photo program is a new concept for us and something we expect to evolve and improve as we learn what you the customer wants. For Phase 1 we are literally learning how to do this and we know it is not perfect yet.

Given this we will not allow returns for photo discoloration due to glares, reflections or imperfect stamps & foils. However, should a photo & item description not match the product that you receive(per the sticker), we may accept a return. These decisions will be on a case by case basis. For those that have dealt with us in the past, we typically do whatever we can to make it right when we can. 

We are working on some new ways to vastly improve our photo process and quality in the coming weeks. The goal is to focus on new products first and then slowly start to catalog the remaining old inventory disc by disc, including the infamous Mint Discs Vault.
