PRE-ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING WINDOW: We expect to start shipping these items after 12/16 and through Christmas. Due to increased demand around these new items we are making the product "to order" immediately following Black Friday. This will allow us to make sure everyone gets enough initially. As Mint has grown, keeping up with demand has presented problems with our drop-based release system and serial #. We have had issues with either not making enough product in the past and are hopeful this helps resolve that issue for all customers. This new process allows us to make runs more frequently and also meet demand fully before it sells out. If you were involved in the Lobster pre-order process earlier this year, it should be just like that. All additional items ordered with the pre-order items will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
