Played the Front 9 of Sprinkle with Will from ABW after work.

Didn’t keep score. Just threw shots and talked. These types of rounds have probably been my favorite since I started playing a lot lately.

For those that don’t know, Will did not play disc golf when ABW acquired Sprinkle. 

But in 2023 when the course was done, there was only one dude out there playing at every chance he could.

Even when it was raining.

Snowing.

And 100 degrees every day.

Will.

Not learning at Zilker or Wells.

Grinding it out at Sprinkle.

He’s got a nice forehand now.

Will is also a scramble master. He might throw farther from the rough than the tee.

He is a serious testament to the idea of “the course makes the player”.

He’s just out there trying to get better every day.

Finding some zen.

Making friends.

It’s been awesome to see him fall in love with the sport all on his own.

It’s one of my favorite things about this whole SV experience the last few years.
