Today is Team Mint Day!
This is is going to be 99% about the Women of Mint.
The kickoff event for the 2025 Wildflower Women's Disc Golf Tour was this weekend at Sprinkle Valley. The 3rd Annual Prickly Pear Classic welcomed 61 women a total Pro Purse of $1180. They played 2 rounds, one a day, on shotgun start format. They also took donations at the event to support the SAFE Place Alliance - a women's organization set up to stop domestic abuse against women.
We had a lot of women on the team competing, along with others like Des Reading and Renae Farr on the sidelines helping run the show.

Now for the dudes on the team!
Edward Gardere took a trip to the 2nd Annual Jackson Brothers Invitational in New Waverly, TX. He competed in MP40, and he normally plays MP60.
Jeremy Marquette made his last voyage to the Lake Travis Disc Golf Destination. The venue will unfortunately be closing at the end of the month for those that haven't heard.
Andrew Newberry took 1st in MP40 at the River Rampage including a 1001 rated 1st round that gave him a nice lead going into round 2. This is his 1st win of 2025 and it appears to be his 40th overall after 231 events. Congrats Andrew!
That's all for now! I'm sure I missed some players and sorry if I did.
Until tomorrow
Love the ladies of Mint, especially the Wolfpack and everyone involved with the Wildflower Tour!
