Back to the grind today.

My focus is solely on Mint, Sprinkle and HOTT now.

Now that we've had the stage, and a little more than we expected, what do we do with it?

All 3 entities tie together pretty well.

Mint needs Sprinkle and HOTT. HOTT needs Mint and courses like Sprinkle. Sprinkle needs the programing(events) Mint and HOTT provide it.

I knew well before this event where we were planning to push all 3. We're enough years into this that I've learned from a lot of mistakes. We have figured out what works.

I've worked a lot of very long days for 15 years to get to this point. 

If you talked to me last summer my message was pretty clear: my vision was fuzzy.

I wasn't in a happy place. I couldn't see the paths and directions as well as I used to. Mint was struggling.

All this work and it just was still getting harder.

Sometimes you just have to trust that it will work out eventually.

Know your intent and your mission.

Know that it hasn't changed. Not let what others say about you be a distraction.

I had always just out worked people to prove them wrong.

It's hard these days. We're in a different position.

You can't just outwork opinions when the people don't know you personally.

Block out the bullshit and get back to work.

Trust the path we take. Respect the ones we took before it.

Get to work.
